Terms and Conditions
We aim to deliver most items within 3 - 5 working days but there may be occasions when an item is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, in which case you will be notified that there may be a delay.
Our standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order and your items will be sent by Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service. (uk addresses only)
UK mainland delivery is free if you spend £100 or more and will be sent via the Royal Mail First Class signed for service.
If you would prefer to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service this is charged at £8.50
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 14 days providing it is unworn and in it's original packaging.
Please call the shop first to arrange this and enclose a note as to why you wish to return the item.
A full refund will be given once the goods have been inspected and found to be in perfect condition.
We strongly suggest sending returns by a signed for service as we cannot accept responsibility for returns which are lost in the post. Returns other than for faulty goods will be at the customer's expense.
Please note pierced jewellery is not eligible for our returns policy
